What is your typical turnaround time?

Our standard turnaround time for dry cleaning and laundry is 2 to 3 business days. Alterations generally take 3 to 5 business days. If you need your garments sooner, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule.

Do I need to make an appointment for alterations?

No appointment is necessary! You can walk in anytime during our normal business hours to be fitted by our professional tailors. We make the process quick and convenient.

Do you offer bulk laundry discounts?

Our wash and fold laundry service is priced at a flat, highly competitive rate of $2.25 per pound. For extremely large commercial orders, please contact us directly to discuss custom arrangements.
